So, "we played really great, but were unlucky" is on.

People saying they shouldnt blame ETH for why we can’t finish…it’s his job to instill confidence into finishing by doing that daily on the training pitch.

That Dalot miss was really something else. It just defies belief how you have the opportunity to roll the ball in the net but let the ball bounce and smash it over the bar.

You can rightly claim EtH should have been sacked and not agree with his set ups etc. but stuff like that is just ...what can you do?

Must be said we have been better than expected so far. He has set us up very well today.

Who's coaching them?
I don’t think he is coaching them to miss these chances.

Against Palace his changes caused us to lose all momentum and in the end we were closer to losing than winning in the second half. If he doesn’t make the same mistakes today I think we will end up winning and it will be one of his best wins away from home since he’s arrived here. Could be a big day.

Players are to blame so far today. But also he's had £600m to buy some decent finishers.

13th the league at the quarter season mark and winless in the European B league. How many more dropped points games is it going to take for SJR to do something.

West Ham is dire if he can't best these I'll buy him a plane ticket back to the Netherlands myself.

Agreed. They should terminate the players contracts. Dumbass Dalot especially

If (and when) we lose despite complete domination today, ten Hag will cop the blame for it. Sure as daylight.

We'll continually fail to score, forcing EtH into making substitutions reactively. As ever, it won't work.

It's not an isolated incident. We frequently dominate matches we proceed to not win. Happened a good bit under Ole, too.

Massive mentality issues at our club. We can sack EtH all we want. Until those issues are faced, we will continue to fail.

Which players are to blame then?

Mentality issues are not the reason why we are mid-table. Mentality issues is why we didn't win the Europa League under Ole, couldn't kick on after finishing 2nd with Mou, and kept dropping out of the top 4. Ole managed third and second with a worse squad than this. Meanwhile Ten Hag has spent more than Mou and Ole combined - and we are somehow a much worse team.

That Dalot miss is now going to be a nexus event in so many posts in this thread  as if it's responsible for where we are as a team after so long

We've had 30mins of West Ham battering us since they made half time changes and the one sub he's made is putting Diallo on for Rashford, sorry, what is he trying to achieve.

I feel sick that I ever defended this guy. He is seriously the worst we've had since SAF retired. Holy feck we are so bad.
