Imagine Copenhagen qualifying for the last 16 over you, with Galatasaray in the group also. Utter failure of a season.
This group really should've been a walk in the park. Absolutely shocking.

Tactically inept

Seeing shit football every week is one thing but how he doesn’t change the midfield up when it’s not working and will never work with the current setup is criminal

Not a single ounce of pro activity in him either. He’s let the game drift and makes a change after 75 mins whilst 1-0 down

Awful manager

He's just not it. Bayern isn't the reason for that. Not knowing how to balance a team to both create chances and not be ridiculously unbalanced defensively is the reason.

We'll have made so little money from this CL campaign that we can't even afford to sack him.

It boggles my mind that anyone can watch such a tactically inept moron consistently setup the team in a moronic way, and keep blaming it on club structure

To be fair the defence is tighter today, but the rest of the team still has no clue what they are doing and it's been going on since August.

What a coach.

If you needed a better example of Ten Hag's managerial level, the only side who have conceded 15 goals in the group stage other than us is Royal Antwerp.

That is his level.

He's somehow built a team that's takes on the worst attributes of the managers before.

It's the same sort of hopeless/brittleness and lack of belief that we had under Moyes

The worst of LVGs boring shit on a stick football

Lack of structure or shape that that was under Ole

Somehow the worst recruitment any of them ever managed

In summary we've spent more than we've ever done, are more boring than we've ever been but at the same time more likely to get thrashed than at any point in the last 10 years. Well done. It's some achievement

The weird thing is we don't even create chances. We basically sacrifice all stability for a shit attack.

I actively want him sacked now, this team is absolutely finished, I don't care about waiting for the new owners we are in freefall either way.

So by half of December we're 6th in the league 10 points away from the top, out of League Cup and out of CL bottom of the group with no more European football.

Pretty much season over by December. We only have fighting for top 4 to look for for the rest of the season.

He is out of his depth. His Ajax team were far better than their opponents that his inability was masked. His UCL run was a misnomer and once ina while a team just gets lucky. He is out of his depth, mostly because of his signings

Taking off Antony was hilarious. If he isnt needed with 15 minutes to go when we need a goal, why the feck is he here?

Any chance of giving Mainoo minutes to develop further you twat?

Thank God he had us fired up tonight and giving everything to try and qualify

I don't know what needs to be done here, but clearly this isn't working. It's like we need to gut 3/4 of the team and probably the manager. Feels like the club died when In SAF left. No pride anymore.

You bet some here will challenge their inner Mourinho and defend him by bringing the Ferguson excuse "But Fergie was KOed twice from the group stage so that's nothing new".

His team lacks balance and we dont play as a unit. If we did we’d play Højlund more. It’s if every player just sees him and thinks “nah I’ll try something on my own”.

That surely cant be the instructions, so do the players just lack respect of him and go out and try with their own things? Do they just not understand what he’s trying to implement? Is he a bad communicator?

He looks like getting the sack if this continues much longer, that’s for sure.

Oh exactly. Today we found a defensive balance by just telling guys to not burst forward. Against Galatasaray we created chances because we just pushed players forward and were left horribly unbalanced.

It's footballs fanbase that dislikes it own club and loves any random bloke sitting in the managers chair.
