Do Australia ever just ... leave the ball? Why must they play at every single one?
It’s all upstairs, it all between the ears. I don’t know who’s travelling with them talking about that, in my days it was the senior players doing that. Unfortunately the most deluded man in the team is the senior player, and that’s Michael Clarke.
We’ve heard all week about how hard they’ve been training and their tremendous work ethic and how hard they’re training, particularly Michael Clarke and the amazing trainer he is. It’s very simply put whatever they’ve been practising it hasn’t been cricket.
Three wickets to get in an hour and 45 minutes, before we kick off.
Yep. Looking good. Bit of luck and might even get to watch some of the post match interviews. There's one
New Zealand did alright. Short series, I guess...Touring sides always seem to get hammered thesedays. Always put money on the hosts.
They've been bribed by Nottingham CCC to try and bat out twenty overs, so they don't have to refund the crowd.I don't think I understand Australia's approach this morning.
Tailenders aren't going to be able to see this off, surely have a thrash and try and knock the deficit off and give yourself something to bowl at, even if its only 10-15 runs.
Would not surprise me tbhThey've been bribed by Nottingham CCC to try and bat out twenty overs, so they don't have to refund the crowd.
We've got two and half years to find a spinner or that is quite possible.England to go down under and lost 5-0 though.
Johnson down under is lethal.Think Australia have got bigger problems than England for the next Ashes.
Only Warner, Smith, Starc, Hazlewood and Lyon will remain from this team, their batting is a very real concern.
I doubt he will be at 36.Johnson down under is lethal.

I doubt he will be at 36.
Yeah, but we're talking about 2 and a half years time. He's already talking about retiring and if he does make it it will be his last hurrah.
