English cricket 2015 - NZ, The Ashes, Pak and SA

Need a wicket right now. If these pair are still together in ten, hell, five overs time, it could be all over.

Fantastic knock from AB. Brilliant player.

An incredible series winning performance.

Time for a little bit of a re-think from England I think.

No fear cricket shouldn't mean no brain cricket, and too often the line has been crossed this series (even in games we've won).

Well done Alex Hales very good series from him 4 50+ and 100+, he would get my vote for player of the series

First of two T20 Internationals today - SA won toss and put England in. Currently 22/0 from 2 overs, already 4 x 4's from Hales, looks like he may have picked up where he left off in the ODI's. Hopefully can carry this on and set a big score, around 200!

Can we please admit that using your brain sometimes isn't a bad idea?

Also why the feck is Jordan back in the side.

Yeah I don't get it. They seem to have no understanding of the game situation. This 'hit out or get out' mentality only works in Stick Cricket and once in a while in real life.

I get it, being really aggressive has basically been the transformation from us being really shit in short formats to not really shit. But to often 'aggression' seems to mean doing the dumbest thing you can do at all times.

Ben Stokes is probably the worst culprit for it I've ever seen, which is a shame, because if he could develop street smarts to go with his undoubted ability he'd be fantastic.

He is class.

I like Roy especially when he was smashing everything in 2014 but it's just not working for him in T20I. Surely only a matter of time before Vince is given a chance?

Thats probably England's chances gone. Threw away a really good position on a terrific batting pitch.

England getting a pasting right now.

It doesn't really help when you pick 5 bowlers and 2 of them (Stokes and Jordan) have horrific records.

These two are the best opening partnership in twenty over cricket, surely?

Irony being its not even their first choice opening partnership.

That baffles me. Who on earth displaces either of these?

De Kock.

For some reason they've been hesitant to bat AB up the order, its only recently he's moved up there, and has been batting at 5 more often than not which is obviously a huge waste. But they seem to have figured it out now.

De Kock'll definitely come back into the team, probably with AB at three.
