England vs USA

not quite following you regarding a top skill or 'it'.

do u mean mental attributes/spatial awareness/vision?

if so, then, yes i can see your argument, though i do not subscribe to it fully.

It's not hard to comprehend that a country is facing a difficult task to produce top talent when the best athletes play other sports. That's why the US is an average side. It's like United can buy the best players in the world, the cream of the crop but Preston have to scrape by on second rate guys. The results of both clubs show you my point. One club is the best in the world the other is struggling in a lower division.

and now the shite

Mr LIVERPOOL is MOTM ! oh for fecks sake. I'm going back to watching and not posting !

I've said Hargreaves for most of the match

If people this is Englands best team then someone should tell the nation of England no trophy will come home for the next 10 years

Does anyone know what the point of Crouch is..?

well sort of. as physical athletes, the us team isn't so bad. i subscribe to the view that it is nurture that is the issue, not nature. i.e., this same US squad stuck in clairefontaine at the youngest age possible would turn out better than it is now. that is down to the quality of training, teaching of techniques, and tactical awareness from a younge age, and lack of widespread pro opportunities post high school.

Gerrard MOtM? feck off you fecking Scouse shite!

This is just like watching England... only worse

That's an hour and a half I will never get back.

'Bentley or Beckham?'

Young.
