We'll see how they go elsewhere. They were always going to do well at Lords, the pitch is dogshit and resembles the tumescent tracks they play on at the UAE more than an English pitch. And we're without possibly the two best swing bowlers in the side and a batting unit thats beyond average. Not sure I'm convinced they're a good side yet, but they're not a bad one.
 
Pakistan will be competitive due to the bowling attack, but as always the mediocre batting lineup will let them down.
 
Good morning session for us. Important we bat out the day and get a 250 run lead without losing more than 4 wickets. There's always the concern the collapse is around the corner.
 
England will be bowled all out for 130 odd in the 4th innings I reckon, Yasir with another 5fer.
 
Need to get 300+ IMO. Might be a bit of a struggle to get there.
 
This is the best I've seen Finn bowl in some time. Needs to be more patient though.
 
plot twist: chris woakes is the world class all-rounder not stokes.

England won't be able to score more than 200 in the 4th innings. Should be a simple Pakistan win with Yasir in the side.
 
This will be a cracker in the final innings IMO.

But England are entirely dependent on one of Root or Cook to get a big score.
 
England will either have to beat the highest or second highest score in a fourth innings chase at Lord's. Very difficult.

The pitch is fairly good and while Yasir was good nothing he did should be cause for any real fear in the batting. Not like the ball is spinning square. 300 should be tough but very much gettable imo.
 
Cook gone! Will be a close chase, I think it will come down to how England play Yasir.

Need to get Root out soonish.

Not much happening for Shah. England still favorites IMO. We have a long tail that can wag.
