Everything Musk retweets is an endorsement unless he comments otherwise. Why else does he only ever Tweet or Retweet far right propaganda, conspiracy theories, racist bullshit and even the great replacement theory that is championed by the Trump sons if he doesn't actually believe it or want to promote it?

Apart from the fact that Musk wrote "Yes", which is an explicit endorsement of the tweet and documentary, even if he didn't, by retweeting he would be advertising a documentary that's spreads libel about a child made by someone who is islamophobic and racist.
