You think he’s going to jail over this?Totally. Talk about jinxing something
I don’t know, honestly. I think there’s so much going on, everywhere all at once, like a circus ring. Desantis milk and water support, testing the wind direction by prosecutors, possible sync between charges, different kinds of pressure. The call for protests - bad plan? Will this indictment strengthen DT, or does he become vulnerable, soiled goods? Is his attorney even on his side? Then there is the big picture. The effect of the optics on public perception? What a chess match. Honestly, at this point I would not care to guess. Interesting how Desantis emphasised the porn star side, as if to remind voters of the sleaze factor. It’s going to be history making anyway. You think he’s going to jail over this?
I share your disappoinment. Low energy fake news Redcafe.Feck sake, I saw the title change and thought I'd be coming in here to see Trump perp walk videos.
Since when was hush money illegal? Not a trump fan but this is the dumbest charge I've ever heard of.

Think it was more he covered it up as business expenses

Because book bannings, Disney intimdiation, and drag queen crackdowns are much more important than commenting on Trump

I don’t get why he still has this following. I just saw an article about Ted Nugent calling for ‘trump fans to stay peaceful if he’s arrested’.
I sort of get the patriotic nature of getting behind whoever is in office, because it’s the president etc. But he isn’t anymore, he’s just some guy. Yet he’s apparently still got all these followers willing to mobilise and riot for him years on. It’s bizarre.
Give it a chance, it's only just Tuesday in the US, if happens there will be videos, knowing how Trump operates he'll hold a press conference afterwards!I share your disappoinment. Low energy fake news Redcafe.
The only way for normal people to rationalize the following is relating it to a cult I have found. I mean look at the current issue he is about to be indicted for. Why does a supposed rich man need to pay off his porn star hookup with campaign or business expenses?I don’t get why he still has this following. Georgia prosecutors considering racketeering and conspiracy charges in probe of effort to overturn Trump’s 2020 loss, source says

Isn’t it because of the statute of limitation? Think I heard on Legal AF that there was a May deadline.Ideally, the Manhattan DA case, which is probably the one with the least criminal exposure for Trump, should've come last. The fear is that the more serious cases will now back off a bit for fear of being perceived as piling on.
I think it's more of a test case, indicting a former President has never happened before so no one is quite sure what will happen, this is also the oldest case, it relates to events in 2016Ideally, the Manhattan DA case, which is probably the one with the least criminal exposure for Trump, should've come last. The Georgia case looks to be coming soon, I suspect that in actually going to court this one might happen first, if any of them wait it'll be the Federal one

That's why I said IfAnyone expecting him to be arrested to be arrested today has believed something Trump said, just saying
Could happen, broken clocks n all that.
The Georgia case would put him in jail if found guilty I reckonGood point. The GA case is going to be significantly more damaging to Trump in terms of political credibility within the GOP.
For us in the UK, what time is this likely to kick off?
The putting up of the barricades yesterday seemed like a pretty strong indication that something is happening I would imagine. Although that video could've been a video of anything in any context tbf.No one seems to know if its even happening today. Its all based on Trump saying he expects to be arrested on Tuesday.
