He was alright tonight, without influencing the game much, but he didn't do anything stupid or especially careless and that's a big improvement.
He absolutely was shockingly bad in several games this seaosn, but the last month or so he hasnt really put a foot wrong, so fair play to himHis form has been improving for a while now so hopefully he's turned a corner. While he hasn't been as bad as people make out he's definitely had a poor season overall. It'd be a nice bonus if he can finish the season strong.
He definitely has had some shocking games, but the way some talk about him it's as if he's been shockingly bad all season which really hasn't been the case.He absolutely was shockingly bad in several games this seaosn, but the last month or so he hasnt really put a foot wrong, so fair play to him
I Can understand anyone thinking that up until mid Feb. the numbers back it up.He definitely has had some shocking games, but the way some talk about him it's as if he's been shockingly bad all season which really hasn't been the case.
I’m surprised by the positive comments. I thought he was frustrating and lacked quality/confidence in the attacking third?
Such a good first touch and always a decent outlet, being pressed doesn’t send him panicking.
He's been having some good performances lately, much more like what we saw for the 2 years before this season.Fired in some beautiful crosses and was very good in possession. The Dalot of the previous 2 years is back hopefully.
Thought he got progressively more attacking as the game went on. Was quite conservative in the 1st half, but had a couple of runs at their defenders by midway through the 2nd.That’s standard, but him making 3 or 4 stupid decisions a game that lead to us having to defend a counter attack, seems to have abandoned him of late. Progress
Was good but not on their level, played them onside for the goal and was very lucky with that awful tackle. Otherwise decent.Pushed Maz and Leny for Motm. Was brilliant throughout
Surely not?? yea there were no stand out performances but the guy is brain dead. I honestly can't see how anyone sees a place for him.in this team moving forwardPushed Maz and Leny for Motm. Was brilliant throughout

Some people just seem to see what they expect to see. Dalot has been poor most of the season, but he's been one of our best players in each of the last three games. He's been driving the team forward both by carrying the ball himself and making some very good passes, he's been getting forward into good positions more often himself and he's even been putting quite a few good balls into the box in each of these last three games.God knows what some of you are talking about. He was good tonight and has been for weeks now.
