He's quietly terrible but is somehow a regular starter for us despite trying to get rid a few years ago.

Not a bad idea.

He is not good enough, he offers nothing, can't defend, can't cross, makes the same mistakes over and over.

He can push the bin with the rest of them in it out to the kerb, then jump in and close the lid.
 
The problem with Dalot is that he is starter. As a squad option, I wouldn't mind him, but he offers far too little to start most games. Along with Antony he provides us with a fully impotent right wing.
 
Seeing this thread so active, you'd think that he's the one making mistake in last game.

Not his biggest fan, far from it, but that was incredibly harsh.
 
Thought he had a great game. Dalot, Varane and Antony probably the best players.
 
Quality today. Nonsense red, doesn't take anything away from his performance. Top 3 with Varane and Mainoo
 
He gets such a bad rep considering he's one of our better players. One of the few with the technique and physicality to play at the top level.
 
He had a great game, as did the whole defence tbh. Having all 3 midfielders put a shift in helps too.
 
He defended well but his attacking play is atrocious. He will constantly pick the harder option during a counter and kill our momentum.

We should be in for another RB in January
 
Yeah, he was excellent (along with Mainoo/Varane the best player on the pitch as mentioned). That red was insane.

Many people here who like him don't understand that Antony is an attacking player.
 
Really good game. Kept it simple and very strong defensively. Ridiculous red card.
 
He was excellent and some of his telescopic leg tackles were reminiscent of the man who shall be replacing him for the next match. Unfortunate to be sent off. Could do better picking the right pass though.
 
Thought he and the rest of that backline performed really well!

That red is a fecking farce. To think he gets a suspension for his reaction and Haaland got away with what he did! Just shows you where the refs are at…
 
Played well, thought he took the ball well under pressure in the middle a few times and that helped get us up the pitch.

Pleased with how he played and thought the red was harsh.
 
Now he can rest, so he can start against Villa. AWB should be good enough for WH.
 
Can’t help but laugh at the red card. Mainly because Dalot was right.
 
3-4 iffy decision making and poor passes but all in all, another typical 'good' Dalot performance for me.

Underrated athlete, important interceptions and probably got on the ball more than most of our players. Twice received a ball from Onana in the middle of the park with a player on his back and turned in one motion to then open up the pitch. We need more of these players, who are comfortable to receive under pressure and play.
