Got hand cannon, scout rifle (both 303) and sniper rifle (only 300, lower than the 307 one I got earlier in the raid)
@Adam-Utd We're done so just send a message when you get on and we'll help you out. If we don't do it on the first attempt this time we'll know it's yours and not Damo's fault.

I bought Destiny, played it solid for a month but just couldnt get into it. Maybe not my sort of game.
However this seems a busy thread so its clearly got a decent following and for many a really good game?.

I really want to run the raid, but i don't know if my gear is good enough. You guys seem to run it quite a bit, what do you think:
Hunter Level 40
Primary: SUROS ARN-39 Auto Rifle 298 Attack
Special: Umolpias-SR3 Sniper Rife 297 Attack (I have a 300 Shotgun though)
Heavy: Thunderlord Machine Gun 291 attack
Ghost: 298 Defense
Helmet: 296 Defense
Gauntlets: 296 Defense
Chest: 299 Defense
Legs: 296 Defense
Cloak: 294 Defense
Artifact: 291 Defense
Overall: 295 Light (But with a few weapon changes, i can get to 296, nearly 297 light)

It's all about the light, gear is good enough if it gives you high enough light! Get on it. That's where you get the proper good stuff.
Yeah that should be good enough for most of it, and by the time you get to Oryx you should have some better gear from drops during the raid. How you do on Oryx depends on a number of factors really
295 is perfectly fine for the raid

Wait until you get to the calcified fragments and realise you've 43 on your main and don't know which ones you're missing.
It didn't take excruciatingly long to complete, but I did have to use the guide on Reddit to go through all of them. Fortunately, I'd gotten all the key chest fragments and the Court of Oryx T2 fragments done. The most annoying thing was having to run the raid after my weekly completions just to check for bloody fragmentsHow long did that take you figure out
Then again, after getting the ToM, the raid became much, much easier. At least the daughters and Oryx parts.
hopefully I won't have too much of an issue with that. Only got 17/50 fragments so will make a note of the 17 and search through them if I'm missing any on my main later onThere are 47 found fragments. Three of them are T3 Court of Oryx that's on a weekly rotation, so if you haven't got this week's you should get it before reset so you don't miss out on that one. Otherwise you'll have to get every single other one until the next weekly reset.

Yeah, there are 50 of them but only 47 have been found. You can collect all of them once on each character. Destinyghosthunter and those sites only base it on the grimoire cards, so they don't show you which ones you've got on that character. For the Touch of Malice quest you need to have found 45 fragments on the character that has the quest.
46 if you do it today and tomorrow though
Look on destinylfg, always people looking to do it. This week's is easily three-mannable.i have 23 in total with 2 of the tier 3's done, Id say 3 or 4 of them are on my titan

Really annoyed that I helped those people out with completing T3 and getting the fragment but they didn't stick around to help me
Ran out of Stolen runes so couldn't do any more T2

Got to Oryx last night but we couldn't put him down, was good experience for us all seeing as it was the first time we had all got this far.
Still got nothing from any of the drops which is a bit disappointing. Refresh and we go again tonight, fairly confident we can get back to Oryx in one evening. Hopefully will get some decent drops too.
