I've just had two great vanguard strikes. Got Treads Upon Stars, 299 scot rifle.

Nice. My best primary at the moment is the Suros ARN-39, 298 auto, though i've been using Hawkmoon quite a bit recently too.
I've had horrible luck on the vanguard strikes today, did about 10, 1 legendary engram, used 10 three of coins and not a single exotic

Did anyone else, or is anyone else, finding it difficult to beat Stirok on Earth? I need to beat him to complete my quest, but i've had no luck at all. Even when theres been 3 of us there

My god even with the shortcut grinding these materials for the swords is fecking murder.

For me the void one required the least amount of materials per thing. I just went on a couple of cycles of Mars
I won't lie, I was crying by the time I got the last solar filament.

Yes but we've progressed. We get him to stagger, get bomb, go back to centre and take some damage off him but then others decided to leave
No worries. The other two left as well so me, Adam and Sampy are doing strikes instead. Thanks for helping out though, helped us progress much further.
It's so frustrating when the damage to his chest isn't enough. It seems arbitrary.

someone looked it up, we were all noobs at the raid, probably the best way to do it you have no elitist that way we got to golgrath and some of the yanks had to have dinner and it was about time for me to be getting ready for bed, i got a ghost and that blade thing for eris, the thombstone jumping was pretty fun
no but i have the checkpoint at golgrath we could give it a bash tomorrow if ya want to.

Nope. If you could help, that'd be fantastic. We got him below half health and past the other dimension bit so pretty much all the mechanics to it are known and executed pretty well. Was just daft things like falling off platforms which let us down

You have to complete the quests that require killing raid bosses, then collect enough calcified fragments to trigger the next quest popping up.
