Yup. Oversoul Edict is pretty nice. Used it for almost the whole thing apart from the wizards early on, then I used Abyss Defiant to disorient them
I was debating sharding my Edict, but I think I'll wait for the patch before doing so.

I'm not even that bothered about doing Crota, tbh. Just want a couple of shots at getting some gear for my Titan.
CE has been kind to me. Only thing I'm missing is the Crux and that's from HM (only done HM about three or four times so not much). Couple of shots at getting exotic on NM is good for me. Red Death is the only non bounty/Crota exotic I'm missing.
Yeah. Will be doing it in the next 15 minutes, or so.

I went from level 0 to level 2 in a few hours today (and did that Thorn bounty in the process too). I did have the class, emblem and shader bonuses though.
The other reason I'm not particularly bothered is that it won't get me to 32 anyway, and my current boots give 3 extra ammo for rockets, so until I got the chest
as well I would just be using my current boots anyway.
Tried HM with the same group and we couldn't get past the Thralls. 
I did find out about a way you can get a Titan or possibly a Warlock to a couple of lamps before the bridge, by jumping from a rock at the second lamp. Once the bridge is then active, the weight is lifted and the rest can then sprint the rest of the way. It's difficult to get up, but it's a nice way to make it easier.

It's a green one. I like to keep one on each character though.
Those shoot to loot guns are great. I've got one one each character, plus a blue sniper rifle that I got from a drop on one of them.
Dunno if I can be bothered to do this week's nightfall... why another one with no burn?
Felt the same way when I read it. No burn and one of the longest strikes just doesn't strike me as overly fun.
I'll see if I can be bothered when I get home, but I'll likely just be running crota on normal to try and get new gear for my titan instead.

@PlayerOne what are you planning to do? Was planning to run a fresh run of crota to start with (probably normal as titan is still only 31), not the nightfall itself
