I'd assume a lot won't move on because a lot of the players in here are PvE players and COD isn't going to scratch that itch...

I'll be on about 7 for the daily, then just going to max out my marks for the reset tomorrow.

Probably would be up for it. Though not sure 28 is high enough for the raid at hard. So maybe normal is best. Probably nice and quick as well
