On level 28? I've done it on 26 and I don't think my alt can do weekly strikes yet.

Last day for Queens bounties isnt it? Got my Hunter to 20 to make sure to get 2 pieces of legendary.
Again, if anyone is just about at 20 make sure you get your head and body armour from the queens bounty. Doesnt matter the stats, you just need it for the light levels
