I was being sarcastic. There's putting pieces together to form and opinion and then there is definitively stating something as fact. You did the latter and unless you know De Gea personally (which you don't) you aren't in a position to do that. You entitled to think something but you said it as if it was matter-of-fact.

He looked to have enjoyed that immensely today. He is staying one more season atleast is what I can say without actually knowing anything.

The question is, why hasn't he signed a contract if he's so keen on staying? Louis already said he doubts he hasn't signed a contract because we don't have CL guaranteed. I'm sure Ronaldo celebrated goals the year he left also.

I've said it all along. Deep down I've never felt be was truly leaving. Yes he's stayed quiet but that's the right thing to do. No doubt they will be hashing out an amazing deal that he quite rightly deserves.

Exactly how I feel about the whole situation. He's our player, there hasn't been any facts about him wanting to go to Madrid and we can offer him huge wages which he deserves. I don't think he's off to Spain with the rebuilding we're currently having. He's loved by the fans and he seems happy enough here.
The only reason for him to leave would be his girlfriend, if he chooses for her then I can't blame him sadly. Don't think that's happening yet though.
