Honestly, UEFA needs to punish the FA for its tolerance of shit refereeing. The “interfering” player was offside but it shouldn’t have been ruled out.
I mean Magnain didn't even attempt to dive, hard to say how much the Dumfries (?) interfered with him.
VAR has been decent all tournament, of course when it's the PL refs in charge it is a joke.

Keeper can't see the shot because one of his defenders is standing infront so that's why he dosen't dive rather than being decieved by Dumfries.

Presumably the decision is he was preventing the keeper diving for it, but it's harsh, he wasn't getting it.

Less incentives for draws, or greater incentives for a win, to encourage teams to go for the win.
Another thing would be changing the offside rule to only being offside if no part of the attacker is onside. All of this high line and condensing the game into the middle of the pitch would lessen, I think.
Don't hate VAR. Hate the refs that made that decision.
I'm pretty sure there was a touch from a french defender which makes it an own goal, so surely where the dutch player is should not matter.

I get the interfering with play but when I look at the shot, its placement and pace, I don't think Dumfries impacted the keeper

Seems to always be VAR controversy with Stuart Atwell so not sure how he ended up being the best England had to offer
