Like for his age and all, it's incredible how good he is. But think deep into major tournaments he's not that that level yet against tough opposition. But maybe this will be that turning point for him.

In all seriousness, the reason why is because England still is a member of UEFA. Brexit just meant that the UK left the EU and some other related institutions. Serbia isn’t an EU member either.
