Robben has been non existent as dutch midfield cannot make quick passes.
They won the last 5 games with only 1 goal.Man every game with Argentina is an absolute snorefest.
Agreed, he's been very good. I'm not sure he should be on the pitch though, after that knock to the head. It would have been a bad blow for Argentina if he had gone off though.Mascherano is really impressing me so far.
In all fairness their midfield is hardly better than ours as well. Sneijder's best days are past him and de Jong's only strength is in the defensive department while Wijnaldum so far hasn't looked much better than Cleverly.
It's a thing, not something I just invented!

Why was there not this amazing match-day technique for the game yesterday?
Yeah, disappointing how cautious they've been.
The point is to make Argentina frustrated, make them move forward and wait until they make that 1 mistake and hit them on the counter, score a goal and close the game.Holland's biggest threat is Robben and RVP so they knock it around the back and keep the ball as far away from them as possible?? What's that all about

Yup they should let robben be more dangerous amd possibly score a goal.Argentina should open up more to allow for Robben counter attacks, makes the game more exciting.

Usually Holland look shit in the first half. Then when space opens up Robben and Sneijder start to hurt the opposition. The point is to make Argentina frustrated, make them move forward and wait until they make that 1 mistake and hit them on the counter, score a goal and close the game.
He's being bypassed by Argentina and not creating much going forward...I don't see what Wijnaldum is bringing to the Dutch team aside from an extra body in the middle. His control and distribution is poor.
Argentina have been the better side.
We were spoilt by the game last night, this game is the exact opposite so far. Looks like penalties are on the cards the way it's going.
Demichelis getting away with destroying Sneijder....These woefull referees are destroying the tournament.

Blame FIFA, not refs
It'll probably be worse than that. 0-0 for 119 minutes then someone gets a scummy goal so we don't even get the fun of penalties.

I love him.Tactically does what it takes to win.
Neither side is in the business of throwing the game away.I prefer this game to Last Night's which was over 30 minutes in.
They can't get it to them. The formation forces them out wide to kuyt and blind who just aren't good enough to carry the ball forward to robben/rvpHolland's biggest threat is Robben and RVP so they knock it around the back and keep the ball as far away from them as possible?? What's that all about
So to our German friends, who do you guys wanna face? Holland or Argentina?
