Day 11: England vs Panama, Japan vs Senegal and Poland vs Colombia

What a weird comment.

His assist was good but the showboating when he get's the ball is not. Everyone in the thread is waxing lyrical about him but this match reflects more on the quality of the opponent, Poland are very poor. We'll see how well he performs against the better teams.

Yeah, but they can't have 4 matches at the same time for TV purposes, you know, for money.

It was more England-Belgium playing at 3pm and then Colombia group starting at 7 given they are the last group of world cup.

Can only assume TV companies pushed for England-Belgium to be prime tv. Will probably be 20m + watching.

I think that's just the type of player he is. When he's on form he'll look brilliant wherever you put him. When he's not he'll be a bit shit anywhere. A bit like Rooney or even Pogba.
My point exactly. It's a mentality thing and I think more players would gain from it. Specially the offensive players.

Cuadrado worth a go? Did nothing at Chelsea but he would be infinitely better than anything we have at RW, due to the fact that we have nothing there.

Don't think he ever settled in England tbh, he likes Italy so can't see him being tempted back to England.

Need a search party for Lewandowski, completely anonymous.

If only it were so easy for Hames in european football.

Been class tonight.

Very impressive performance by Colombia. Great atmosphere too.

Well jel of Bayern rn

Could be completely wrong but not sure he made that huge an impact for them last year.

Does seem one of these players that gets extra 10% from being main man for his country, similar to Bale.

Actually don't like the director panning to all these beautiful Colombian girls while I'm browsing my own bucket of shite tinder matches.

Poland! What an embarrassment! Well played Colombia. They should go far in this tournament.

I want to see Colombia play Mexico. The atmosphere would be like a carnaval.
