Day 11: England vs Panama, Japan vs Senegal and Poland vs Colombia

That's Jesse at his best. Been waiting for that. Orchestrated the attack too

Argh. FFS my stream must be well behind, goal spoilt!

Great goal though.

what the feck is going on? This isn't England at a major tournament, this isn't how we play

Remember when that poster got shit on for saying Lingard was better than Alli?
There's at least an argument now

Yeah, I'm going to get stick for this and he's nowhere near the calibre of player but his movement reminds me so much of Kaka.
He just finds the gaps that causes chaos in the oppositions defence.
That was very Kaka like to be fair!

What a goal!

Is there anything in the rules that would stop England and Belgium just trying to score own goals the whole game?
I think there might be an actual rule on this. I'm sure there was a game where 2 teams did not want to top group and they were fined.

I suppose you could play all your second stringers and get 5 sent off. You'd have to trust the other team to do the same.

Am I imagining this or do the commentators seem less excited over Lingard's superstrike than Kane's penalty?

He is a class player in a team that moves the ball quickly in the attacking third, you really see his game at its best then.

Can't someone break that band's instruments?

They're fecking shite. How do they not realize that?

2 more goals to equal Belgium's GD. Think England should set themselves a target like that atleast considering the utter lack of competition in this group.

Is that our first goal from open play btw?
