Well they managed to nearly kill someone. So there is that
I genuinely feel bad for the Scottish fans, having to watch the players actively trying to outdo each other for who can exhibit the worst decision making.
Cowardly performance by Scotland. Most important game in the countries history and they absolutely bottled it. Not a single shot in that first half.
Lack of firepower, needed a proper striker. McTominay is a willing, but he really isn;t a striker, and he isn;t good enough to lead an attack at this level.
A decent striker means they get 3 points last game, maybe even this one, hungary were pretty woeful defensively for half the game.

Yeah, feel like that argument might have had some legs like 20 years ago but the gulf between teams in England and teams in Scotland is vast.

Not that there’s much quality but Steve Clarke’s approach really cost us. Far too defensive, had we been a bit more adventurous we could’ve won tonight and even against Switzerland. Continually playing Adams ahead of Shankland was criminal.
Why do they seem to be always technically the worst? Even when they do well, it's always because they put in a fight and put bodies on the line and somehow hoofed their way to a goal. Is it just how they like the game played or something in the genes or what is it exactly?

It's possible that no third team in group B,C and F can get to 3 points. I think that neither Albania nor Croatia will win. Group C and F are more ambiguous.
Seeing the disappointment in Robertson's face has made that dull 90 minute showing worthwhile.
