Day 10 | Scotland v Hungary | Switzerland v Germany

Didn't even realise there were South American refs in this tournament.

STONEWALL penalty, fecking hell not even a VAR check. What is wrong with them

Varga is communicating with the medical team. They're taking him to hospital, unsurprisingly.

That’s about as clear a penalty call as you will ever see. Very strange. The referee decisions at this tournament have been pretty good as well.

Hungary also bizarre in their approach. Even seem to be wasting time a little. They need to win!

Of course a Stonewall penalty self-identifies as not a penalty

Gunn took out his own player. Varga was a few feet ahead justling with a defender.
Cheers, I'm too busy shitting myself to really focus on the game

We just need a goal, just one goal and the party can keep going for a wee while longer.

Yeah, get rid of these South American refs. Only ones that can rival the English in terms of incompetency.

They just don't bother looking if the play continues for over a minute. Even if it's a 1000% pen

I find it hilarious, how when it comes to offsides, VAR gets out the measuring tape, the lines, the monocles and magnifying glasses to count pixels. Yet, when it comes to penalties, especially obvious ones like the events we've seen in both games tonight, VAR does feck all about it.

I imagine if was offside and that's why the penality wasn't given.

Why the feck do we have a shite Argentinian ref in the Euro ffs? So many European countries with refs and we need a shite argentinian ref?
