Surely Ferguson holds that record?Moyes is 125 games away from Wenger's record of most PL games managed.
Quite an achievement to reach that.
Only 3.3 seasons away. He's 61.

More importantly Ferguson started before the PL was founded. So in total he managed United in more games than Wenger did Arsenal.I thought so too, had to check. Ferguson retired in 2013, Wenger managed until 2018.

Can't find information on the latterThank you, I thought I was having a stroke for a second there
Sometimes it might make sense to separate between the PL and the English top division, but this is not one of those cases.

Fergie would be ahead of Wenger but might not be first overall.
I make this out for Ferguson to have managed 1035 top flight games in England.
Wenger is fourth
Poetic.

Thanks for the replies. Good to hear that Garner's back in action and doing well.
Interesting that Beto and O'Brien have been fundamental as well. Just strange that Dyche hadn't worked out how to use them - I guess he was feeling as demoralised and stale as the team. Not that I'm pleased about the news. United have enough problems without meeting a team that's just added extra height to the starting lineup.
Do they still get a giant bottle of Bell's whisky? Asking for a friend.David Moyes named manager of the month. He now has as many Premier league Manager of the Month awards as Pep Guardiola (11) and one more than Klopp (10)

For a manager who was hired to prevent relegation that is objectively a great result. In February? He won 2 and drew 3 games. Is that the bar for manager of the month now?
Moyes is a far better manager than Dyche. We might still get relegated but Dyche was walking us into it and was indifferent about it. Would turn up each week not trying to win games and just coasting through it at the end. Moyes is quite clearly fuming at how shite we are currently.

Unironically true.David Moyes is a European champion
Sure one of those draws was celebrated more than any recent win.In February? He won 2 and drew 3 games. Is that the bar for manager of the month now?
How many did Fergie win?David Moyes named manager of the month. He now has as many Premier league Manager of the Month awards as Pep Guardiola (11) and one more than Klopp (10)
For the manager of the decade it absolutely is.
..but he is a winner.
Manage couple more seasons in PL and he'll have managed most PL games in history, going above Wenger and Ferguson. Only 62 so who knows how long he could be around as Fergie retired at 71, Wenger at 68 and then there's managers like Hodgson and Raneiri taking jobs in their 70s.David Moyes named manager of the month. Is he holding a bowl of cornflakes?
Yea. Only Burn at 6'7 is tallerO'Brien and Branthwaite must be the two tallest defenders/players in the league. Blimey.
He's the ultimate mid table manager isn't he?
He's only 61? Blimey, being a footie manager is tough on folks isn't it. I'd have put him closer to 70.Moyes is 125 games away from Wenger's record of most PL games managed.
