Yeah exactly, you can’t go somewhere you’re not wanted.
Tell that to Harry.
He still shows up at Utd everyday.

We can’t criticise football players anymore? How about not critizing him? Hes left the club.
That's true, but we did feck him around this summer "pack your backs Harry, you're going nowhere!"Tell that to Harry.

Well we could have paid him off, whether he was entitled to that money or not is a different argument, but we essentially told him to find a new club at the start of the window, then at the end of the window told him he was going nowhere. No we didn't, the door was wide open but the greedy feck wanted a huge pay off.
He fecked us around.
What a player he was for us. Once met him in 5th Avenue shortly after signing as well which made me laugh.
Hope he goes to a top club.
No chance a top club takes him on.
Yeah you’re probably right mate you know loads about football.
I’ll see you in 6 months time mate.
Anyone else captivated by this drama?

On DDG, shame to see him this way, hopefully he can find a good club and restart
Here we go again with the 'club legend' bollocks...Shitting on a club legend is a new low even for this place, seems like the people keeping up with his career are the ones happy to see him without a club.
No one is shitting on a club legend, because DDG isn't one. Very good, though, except for the last four or five years.Shitting on a club legend is a new low even for this place, seems like the people keeping up with his career are the ones happy to see him without a club.

Not everyone is a legend, some are just players that were good and played for us for a while.

And yet you’re in here most days trying to gate keep every discussion around De Gea because you’re not willing to see any other perspective other than your own. Absolutely no one is calling him a legend because he’s not a legend. If you think he is then good for you but your bar on what a legend is, is extremely low.I guess if some random losers on the internet said so it must be true, got me there, forget that the club and most players and staff involved with the club call him a legend, Crossy a nobody from Manchester via Stockholm said so.
Again pathetic how the only people keeping up with what he's up to are the saddos happy about him not having a club. There's literally nothing to discuss about him.
The club did, multiple times after it was announced he was leaving actually, multiple players that have played or play for the club did, you're entitled to your opinion it still doesn't take away from my points that the main people posting on this thread, a thread dedicated to a player that doesn't even have a club, are embarrassing individuals celebrating that he doesn't have a job and that guys like Ronaldo, who took a dump on the club during two stints, or Greenwood who hasn't accomplished an iota of what DDG did with us, get way more love from the fan base than a good bloke who has never had off the field issues and who put in some great performances for the club. And yet you’re in here most days trying to gate keep every discussion around De Gea because you’re not willing to see any other perspective other than your own. Perhaps this wouldn’t be so painful for you if he managed to land a role at a big club, or any club for that matter.
We have a history of over hyping our players, DDG was a good servant and a very good keeper for a long time but he should have been gotten rid off a good while ago. Him not finding a club for free tells a tale.
No, he isn't a club legend. You can be a fan of him of course but he isn't a club legend.Shitting on a club legend

Ronaldo isn't a United legend either. Giggs however, quite obviously is.You're right, can't hold a candle to top reds like Ronaldo and Giggs. Legends we can be proud of as supporters of the club.

Absolutely. It's more United is a part of Ronaldo's legend than the other way around.
Thanks for reminding me. @Wumminator one month on, still no top club.Anyone else captivated by this drama?

He’s not a legend unfortunately but I agree with what you’re sayingShitting on a club legend is a new low even for this place, seems like the people keeping up with his career are the ones happy to see him without a club.
If the forum, the fans, the club etc make you this sad and angry all the time I'd seriously consider taking a break from everything until you feel better.
After seeing the Greenwood thread though it'd be surprised if it was any different. Sad club with an equally sad fan base.
He was never one of the best shot stoppers 1v1 or from distance.
He needed to go. Just cause Onana was a poor signing doesn't change the fact.Penny for his thoughts.
375million of them even.
I miss having gk who saves shots then and there .
It changes the fact completely when you downgrade position and pay 50 mil to do it.He needed to go. Just cause Onana was a poor signing doesn't change the fact.
The main issue I have is that it didn't need 50 million to get a competent goalkeeper.
I bet Bobby would keep possession of the ball better than our BrunoDe Gea has about as much to offer United now as Bobby Charlton. Was right to move on, even if we might not get it right first time.
With De Gea on goal this season we wouldn't have 6 defeats in 10 games for sure.De Gea has about as much to offer United now as Bobby Charlton. Was right to move on, even if we might not get it right first time.
Go watch the fa Cup final again and have a serious think about this post.I'll get him back on a short term deal, maybe one or two years contract till we sign another GK.

I can rewatch tonight's game instead.
Then you will realise both are shite.I can rewatch tonight's game instead.
