Since we signed him, I've lost count of the times I've thought the opposition were definitely about to score, only for DDG to somehow save us. Miracle man.

Today was a certain goal I thought, it's Mata on his magical left foot from point blank range. It was unthinkable that he wouldn't score.
aye, i was already up about to curse. couldnt believe it.
I would've fancied myself to score, let alone a great talent like Mata. Chelsea must be sick of the sight of David. 
These saves are fecking great, I celebrate them like we'd scored a goal. Unbelievable stop from Mata.

What happened with the second goal? I was behind the shot and it looked like he should've saved it to be honest.

Not really sure, he got his fingers to it, hard to tell from the slow mo replays how much he could have done. Hard to judge.

Sensational save. When the shot left Mata's boot it was already in the back of the net in my head and I was cursing a late defeat. Only to somehow see it go wide. Let's just hope it wasn't for nothing.
Evans needs to take David out for a nice dinner to say thank you for covering his ass on his one.
People keep using language like "he'll be excellent in a few years time..." or "he's going to be great...". Well I think we're way past that now - he's already there. Makes saves no others can but it's not 2/3 times a season but pretty much every game, distribution is incredible and makes no more mistakes as any other keeper. Forget the future De Gea, his ability right now is the best in the league - I wouldn't swap him for anyone else.

He continues to amaze with his incredible shot stopping. He was genuinely angry that he didn't keep out the Ramires goal, if he had it would have been a better save than the one in the first leg against Real Madrid.
The guy has raised the bar on goalkeeping saves. Can't tell the amount of goals other teams concede and I say 'de Gea would have got that'

It was a good save for the Mata chance but he just made himself big, it's hardly revolutionary in the world of goalkeeping.
Looked to me like he had it covered and it took a bobbly type bounce, and went higher than expected, over his hand.
Excellent save, great anticipation as he started extending his leg as the shot was being taken!
Raising the bar as a goalkeeper is quite silly, makes your job harder.
He's going to become a Manchester United legend, just give him a 15 year contract right now.
His saves are incredible...i've not seen a keeper that good at saving with his feet. His hands just get in the way.

I'm not talking about revolutionary mate. It's the fact he's making these saves which is just ridiculous. I still can't get over how he got to Coentrao's shot in the first leg.

You really struggle to just appreciate DDG don't you? I find it very amusing.
No I said it was a good save today, I just think keepers are there to make saves, it's their job. I don't think we need to use words like 'miracle' or 'raising the bar.'
He makes so many of these ridiculous saves that even his biggest detractor Mr. Mojo loses track.
