For me the turning point was at 3-3 Lewis wanted 48 (was struggling to hit tops all match) went 8 and missed tops, for me should have went 16 D16 as he was hitting D16 well

Was a strange final, granted most 180s and so forth but as a tournament the best I have seen for quite some time and some epic encounters, shock exits and will always remember most Barney v MVG , Taylor v Klaasen , Gary Andersons perfect 9. Roll on The Premier League can't wait. On the BDO scene Scott Waites back to his best after surgery on his shoulder, very impressive tonight.
Lewis seriously doesn't look after himself at all. Just looking at the skin on his face tells you that.

For all the hype about Barney v MVG, and it was a great match tbf, the Wright-Chizzy marathon at least matched it.
Agreed so many more memories, Michael Smith for me was excellent yet Robert Thornton disappointing. Pallet and Suljovic 2 potential nine darters and was such a tight game. Just out of interest will you watch any of the BDO this week?
I said it to someone after the Wright-Chizzy game, that we'd be lucky if the final came close to it, was freaking ridiculous!
It was a decent enough tournament and the Sky juggernaut rolls on.
Will probably end up watching a bit of the BDO. People slate it and it's clear why, but so many great players have come over fron there. There aren't many who are pure PDC- Lewis, Michael Smith?

The semis were good. Although massively one-sided, Ando's demolition job on Jelle was amazing.
