Well, my dad's explanation for Taylor acting the twat there was that Barney didn't go and offer his hand. Personally I don't think that warranted that reaction. They did shake hands, and Barney wanted to have a word, Taylor shoved him away.

It's possible something was said during one of the intervals, but I think the pulling him back by the arm probably did it. Everything seems much more annoying when you are tired, emotional and not well isn't it?

Taylor acted the complete cnut when he said on live tv what Barney had said to him in confidence, i.e. that he wanted to die in his sleep. If Barney called him a cnut for that, then it was deserved.

He's never been the most sporting of people but that really took the biscuit.
He loves getting cheered and other players getting booed but when they are against him he acts like a child. He walked off stage during a match against Barney before and refused to come out again just because someone in the crowd called him fat. He is fat. Obviously Barney was winning at the time.

Bloody hell yeah, just seen. I watched the start of that interview, where he says "Why would he say it then? He is scared of me." That's appalling. Hope van Gerwen absolutely does him on NYD.

And watch the end again, he celebrates first jumping around a bit, shaking hands with a ref and fist bumping some other guy, then he goes to Barney, not the other way around, shakes his hand and sets off for his things at the table, whereupon Barney yanks him back. That's when things get a bit tetchy for a few seconds. But when we follow a team whose players have been known to do far worse, it's a bit rich to start slating him on the basis of some thing we don't know the full story about.
