It is simply far too soon for anyone to know what state he is in. The only responsible thing for Giggs to say is 'he passed a concussion test on the pitch, but we'll keep monitoring him over the next few days because he took a heavy knock to the head' what he did say is dangerous, old fashioned, and a damning indictment of how far football still needs to come.
