Would be another good appointment on paper. Only thing you need to watch out for with a lot of 'best in class' appointments is making sure roles are clearly defined and ego's don't become an issue.
We were all excited when Wenger left and his roles became more shared, but the reality was we had the Kronke's, Sanllehi, Vinai, Mislintat, Emery, & laterally Edu and it all became a bit of a mish mash where roles didn't seem to be clearly defined, ego's were involved and a bit of a power struggle ensued.
Was only when we cleared the decks a bit and a clear order of Josh > Vinai > Edu > Arteta did things start to get much better.
I'm sure Utd will manage that side of things better than what we did at the time though. Exciting times for a Utd supporter i'd say.
