AirRonaldo, feck me the bastard jumped high for that didn't he?
He'll cry when he's back at OT
Sky just said he's with our players in our dressing room.
"We're going to go there with the intention of winning."
"I think we'll get chances to score and go through."
"I didn't celebrate - out of respect for the people who gave me so much."

Loved Gary Neville saying he heads the ball like a League two centre back. That was a fantastic header. What a leap he has on him.
"Certainly not Messi"
@dermotmcorrigan: Fergie on Ronaldo goal: "I blamed Evra until I saw replay, then I felt bit stupid. No other player could score that, certainly not Messi."
I think he might have forgotten a header a certain player scored against us in a recent CL final in Rome.
At first when this Ronaldo / United talk came up, like most I thought it was complete bollocks. But does anyone get the impression that he might just want to come back? I get a hint of it from him.
I believe his contract expires in 2015 and he's hinted that he might just see it out.
First time I've ever watched him dreading what he's going to do next, he's frightening.
Won't be surprised at all if he returns to United. Madrid isn't the Wonderland he expected to be and being in Messi's shadow every week obviously haunts him a bit. And I stress "a bit", as his productivity and performances don't seem the least affected by it. He just doesn't seem happy, unlike the impression he gave when playing for United.
Add the wages/tax issue to that and I think it's a very plausible option that he returns.
So, will the crowd singing Viva Ronaldo in three weeks time spur him on or mess with his head?
fecking unnatural the way he stayed in the air. Bloke's not human.
His transfer fee would be in excess of 100 million and theres no way we are paying that sorry. We should have asked for 100 million when we sold him in fact.

fergie: "that better be your cellphone"
Brilliant player but that second half showed today why the comparison with Messi doesn't stack up. Messi is just as effective in the buildup of a goal as he is finishing them off..Ronaldo scored a brilliant goal, but the natural poacher's instinct meant that he was snuffed out with Man Utd playing 2 banks of 4.
Not sure if serious...
Weather could be a bit of an issue however. But yeah I do think being in Messi's shadow and not having the same support from Madrid makes him miss us.
Next summer will be interesting.
