I reckon you'd do well to remember what this lad has achieved and the contribution he made to a lot of our success while he was here. He's had nothing but good words for the club, the fans and the manager since he left, which is a lot more than can be said of certain so-called club 'legends'. Personally I think United fans should give him a by-ball and show him a bit more respect.

Honestly I don't think he would think twice about joining city or Chelsea if he felt he had to leave for whatever reason.
