Madrid have been taking teams apart scoring 5/6/7/8 the last few seasons though, whilst you could count on one hand the amount times we've scored more than 4. Obviously Ronaldo is a big part of that and we would've scored more with him, but he definitely wouldn't get the same amount of goals against tired demoralised opposition that he gets at Madrid.
At this rate he's on for 80+ league goals this season...probably a bit ambitious but he could definitely challenge Messi's 50 goal season.

After 5 full seasons of Cristiano scoring RIDICULOUS amounts of goals for Real, it's a bit surprising that they've only won one La Liga and one Champions League. You'd think stats like that would mean them being wildly successful during this time, but that's not the case.
