Is the @ManUtd_PO twitter acct genuine?

Allegedly a recent tweet was. Welcome home Cristiano! Keep an eye on the official website more info very soon. #The Return
Which was then removed very fast, But i have a picture of the tweet.

I am far from convinced this is anywhere near genuine but....

The account was hacked, they said in the twitter thread.

Was facebook hacked when we announced Moyes before we were meant too as well?

This is from UWS apparently. Andy Mitten usually has good contacts:drool:

Nah, the shit just left Real.

"agreed in principle" is such a muppet phrase.... usually transfer sagas with those words never end well....

will soon be time to place this in it's home for the summer, the transfer forum.

"Agreed in principle" usually means "We have agreed that you will be paid X hundred thousand pounds a week to play for us" and means feck all because that has absolutely nothing to do with a bid being submitted and accepted by the other club.

It's like when you hear transfers being in motion because "personal terms have been agreed between the club and the player they want". Again, they've proposed a salary to the player or his representative, the player or his representative have said that the salary would be acceptable.

It doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things.

Yes Gambit cant wait for that. Lets take over this summer.
I called this one as soon as last summers transfer window closed. It's been a long wait for me. This year the big muppet saga would be Cristiano Ronaldo coming home.

Yeah I was counting on Götze but that bastard made a silent move back in April.

I will lose my shit if we resign Ronaldo. Just too good to be true.

It does if you thought wages were the stumbling block to this potential transfer.

Well there was talk about Nike and the sponsors stepping in to help with the wages. That could very well be bullshit. I think the main stumbling block is Real accepting our bid. Perez said he wont sell no matter what but Ronaldo might force his hand. So the question is not whether our bid will be accepted or rejected but what the transfer fee is going to be.
