You can forget about Ronaldo this summer. He needs ten goals to break the record and he has what, 3 games in August before the window closes? Ten goals in 3 or 4 games is not realistic even for him. Also Madrid are NOT selling Ronaldo unless they bring in a muppet signing to replace him. Madrid have surprisingly quiet his summer in regards to that this summer.

Perez would be crucified if he allowed Ronaldo to leave, especially with the Ramos debacle ongoing also. Surely though, with Ronaldo selling his image rights to a rivals club owner (money that will be put straight into Valencia's transfer fund presumably) sets the stage for him to leave the club. Someone at Madrid (and Ronaldo) has some serious questions to answer for letting that happen. Imagine we let Rooney sell his image rights (albeit 50p a year) to Liverpool or Leeds? Full-blown meltdown.

Valencia won't see a penny from the deal. Lim's a billionaire with his hand in many pies; this deal is a drop in the ocean for him. If he really wanted to he could splash the cash with Valencia and Salford but he's obviously too business savvy to do that.

RafaHe was angry today with Benitez in training, the cameras of Cuatro(tv) caught what Cristiano was saying (spanish tv loves to do this). Benitez didn´t concede a goal in training and he said something like "feck/shit, you are only going against the portugueses" .Maybe this is related to the info in Marca writing about the interest in Ricardo Rodriguez and the sale of Coentrao, the best friend of Cristiano in Madrid.
