The reason everyone thinks it's so bad is because you don't do this kind of thing when your under contract with a club, it's gross misconduct, simple as that. If any player had done it we'd all be up in arms about it too, it's not just because it's Ronaldo.Well I finished listening to the whole interview, wasn’t even half as bad/controversy as it was made out to be. It’s more a case of him speaking out his own feelings, in a honest manner but also in childish way. Some of the things he shouldn’t said in public but it seems he couldn’t care less. Basically he is narcissistic superstar who is finding it hard to deal with his own decline, he needs more support during his hard time and more respect to his ego, and he thinks he deserves those. I've seen the full interview now, didn't say much that I disagreed with. It's only fair to have his voice heard, I doubt there were many other alternative channels for that.
I'm not a Ronaldo fan boy, I wanted him out before this but you have to respect his knowledge and experience.
Obviously thought he should have been given 100 lines to do. 'I will not disrespect by manager and teammates by walking out'.its mental he went home stunned and victimised about being suspended for 3 DAYS, after refusing to come on and walking out.
