Is there not just the possibility that he's not actually doing that good of a job?
Or are we not allowed to say that because it goes against the narrative that we should have appointed him, and therefore it has to be entirely down to the players (who he is literally the manager of).
I haven't seen them play well under him yet. Undefeated in the league but largely because of being let off the hook by the opposition and a completely ridiculous refereeing display against Liverpool. They aren't getting near 4th the way they're playing and the first leg of the league cup SF and their last Europa Conference game were just hilariously bad. If United played like that under either Rangnik or Ole there'd be so many knives out Idris Elba would die just so he could roll in his grave.
