You think so? So why are people getting personal - calling him all sort of names. If you really don t care about him you wouldn t bother offend him.
Because people have had enough of him and he represents everything that has gone wrong this season, and because he has made a lot of damage to us.

In all my posts about him (more than a thousand) I think that I have only once him a 'clown' (After yesterday's game when he thought that we have played well after a debacle) which is the biggest offense I have made to him.

Honigstein

It's far more likely he had a clause requiring him to reach at least 4th and seal Champions League qualification, which would fit with the timing of the briefing of the whole press as well. I stopped taking Honigstein seriously a long time ago, he's a grade A cnut and has been wrong on so many occassions it's actually funny to follow him on Twitter.

Moyes sacked after a defeat to his former club will just be the ironic icing on top of the big ironic cake.

Press association are running with it now.

Don't try and force the poor bastard to resign. Have the balls and the conviction to sack him if you've decided you don't want him here. fecking Glazers.

Surely what Raph Honigstein is saying isn't true. That would unbelievable and an absolutely farcical way to do things

Diego Simeone prepared for his Old Trafford audition when Atlético Madrid take on Chelsea
Atlético Madrid coach has taken his side to the top of La Liga and the Champions League semi-finals and is admired by Manchester United
The closest thing to Mourinho to exist on modern football.

Well I still have to say that anyone being 'delighted' at us losing to Everton is still a massive cnut.
Well I still have to say that it was by far the best result for United's long-term future, therefore I am a topper Red

Who is Honigstein and why is he being quoted on every page in this thread?

He's probably the highest profile German journo based in the UK. He's the go to man for the Guardian and the Beeb on German football, and has an iregular column on the Guardian.

It's just a game at the end of the day. Personal insults are the domain of the juvenile, and that's putting it lightly.

Honigstein is the most negative prick when it comes to all things United.

"Oh you won't sign Kroos, NO CHANCE AT ALL" "Oh there's ZERO chance of Klopp coming so suck on that you manc bastards" Oh you guys are just trying to get him to resign you classless Northern tosspots"

(Not that he's necessarily wrong)

It would obviously constitute constructive dismissal (forcing someone to resign) which is no better than sacking someone.

You ungrateful sacks of shit. You were supposed to be the institution where loyalty mattered. You were supposed to be different. He hasn't even had time to build his own team, ffs.

A dark day for football.

What should we be grateful for?

People insult each other here all the time despite it just being a game. Not sure why any of you are surprised at a bit of name calling here or there.

If this is what United are up to that is pretty shocking. Typical Glazers. Go for the cheap option instead of the correct option.
You have no idea whether it's true or not. Still, don't let that stop you.

It is more than just a game mate. When you see something you love getting destroyed by a single person (especially those people who have watched and supported United for decades) it surely will get some nasty reactions. Anyway, he doesn't read the posts here so no ham done.

Moyes position is untenable now, the collective press would not be running with it like they are .

It's not a couple of journos, it's everyone saying the same thing.

The only delay will be the compensation package and the wording of the announcement.

Him and his agent will be desperate for it to not be too damning, as it would bury his career.
