I think your idea was fairly bad. I'm sure Liam will outdo you though!
I don't doubt it.

Wasnt Hectic supposed to post the "right answer" in regards to the first question by the way?
I don't think so. And if he was then it looks like he's been a bit busy today anyway
That's a better answer than any of the first one you provided. It's not about how you will live and beat the outbreak, but what you would do realistically when faced against something of this magnitude. After TB posts his answer I will post my own.
There are only really personal answers, but the answer should follow some sort of rationality that we can all see the reasoning in. This is how we assess the mental state of the participants as we continue.
Hectic has provided a run down of his answer if you look back a little.
If I was to go first, there'd be no ramifications would there?
Ah, didnt see that AdZz. Do you mind forwarding the PM you got from Hectic by the way? I want to post my story in the new thread about zombie invasions

18yo bestie, how old are you? If you don't mind me asking that is.
answer should be long?
dont mindthat's cause your so pimp.
lets see what other thinkTheBest, i think you answer to this question was done in a lot of hurry maybe due to you not having your laptop and stuff. But there's a lot of stuff that you could have added if you gave it some more thought. Anyway all the best.
TheBestest story ever told blablabla..
did you even read my story? How would you know where you are compared to the village? How would you know which direction to go? Will you remember the map even after walking for 20 hours in the blistering sun / chilling cold? Will you walk every single hour of the day? How will you protect yourself from wildlife when you sleep?

You always come with questions i dont even understand
i think i'm inteligent enough to remember one mapMy thought is that after a good number of hours in the sun, even in that short 100 meter walk you might start to have trouble accurately recreated the map in the sand. This will mean either running the risk of the map getting all messed up at some point in your journey and therefore sending you off course. Or that you spend alot of time moving back and forth between map points lenghtening your journey resulting in you running out of water leading to your death.
When you also figure in the way the human mind sometimes works, you might find that the little differences that begin to creep in everytime you recreat the map in the sand (assuming you don'tkeep running back and forth checking accuracy) could put you way off course.

atleast for 100 metre i am and after drawing the map 2 or 3 times ,map would actually be permanently stored in my brain.
Although i'll still keep drawing it
Yes, I read your story. Which is why am I questioning it
Ok, lets start with the first question then (which technically is two questions):
1. How would you know where you are compared to the village? How would you know which direction to go?
You wake up, naked and bruised. You got a map, but can you see a "YOU ARE HERE"-mark on the map? No. So how would you know if you are going to go north, west, south or east?
2. Will you remember the map even after walking for 20 hours in the blistering sun / chilling cold?
You say you will draw the map after walking 100m every time. How will you remember the map? One mistake and you are lost forever. Do you believe that you are able to memorize the map, even after you've been walking in the heat for many hours?
3. Will you walk every single hour of the day?
You have to rest at some point. Where would you stop? When will you stop? You are not able to walk the entire time until you get there.
4. How will you protect yourself from wildlife when you sleep?
When you go to sleep, you risk either getting caught in a sandstorm or being attacked by animals. And how are you able to remember the map when you wake up?
i'm fairly sure i'm not specially after drawing or writing a thing ,i never forget itStill the human mind is not necessarily the steel trap we would all like it to be, I think you are over-estimating your ability to totally recall the map perfectly under hostile conditions.
