Isn't Sir Jim also buying through a leveraged buyout like the Glazers did, that will continue to saddle us with debt?
The money he uses to buy the shares goes straigt to the glazers.
Amd not a penny will be seen inthe club. They have owned us for 20 years, and never put so much as a penny into the club, they won't start now.
This is the worst of all worlds.
They mentioned that debt will be on Ineos i think but reporting on this process has been quite sketchy.Isn't Sir Jim also buying through a leveraged buyout like the Glazers did, that will continue to saddle is right debt?
How does them pocketing the money solve any of the problems at the club? Which is why they were looking for outside investment in the first place.
So is it the present debt that gets lumped onto Ineos. What if we borrow to improve all the facilities. They mentioned that debt will be on Ineos i think but reporting on this process has been quite sketchy.
Amazing isnt it, no fan forum has even been consulted on how the club is being sold. This after they wanted fan involvement. Not even a presentation of what the plan of Ineos is for Manutd
they wanted nothing of the sort, that was just to get them off the hook for the superleague. and it workedThey mentioned that debt will be on Ineos i think but reporting on this process has been quite sketchy.

True, but I can still continue to say what I think about City with my head held high.
.. I like to look for the positives.
No they aren’t. We haven’t been relevant since 2013. It’s not like this is Man City getting bought by the Glazers. All rival fans are celebrating this as if their team won the league.
Yeah, i am delighted that club will be in this state for next decade or two.Why the feck do you care how anyone else feels? Enjoy a Qatar free ownership.. be happy.
That's what I would like to know. If the Glazers out vote him on any suggestions, then what is the fecking point. Can Ratcliffe/INEOS enforce any changes to senior positions with their 25% stake?
Well I was right something was about to happen.
If Ratcliffe can't rest control, I need to find some West Ham fans and see what theor experience is like. That is the level we are headed.

Pretty much how I feelJust want Glazers Out.
Didn't want Qatar either so apathetic to all of this.
It does feel right now that the glazer’s have not only robbed us of the recent past and present but the future too.I am thinking it makes little sense for Jassim to announce his withdrawal unless a deal with INEOS is imminent, trying to save face.
Sick to my stomach the deal is just 25% now with nothing but hope for a future complete takeover. There needs to be something defined and binding in there or this is just unacceptable for fans. Glazers and investors would pocket the money, and INEOS will not be as motivated to invest big money when they only have a 25% stake.
It will be interesting to see if the investment funds are satisfied with this (potential) deal with INEOS. They stood to gain a huge return immediately from Jassim's reported offer. Questions will undoubtedly be asked of the Glazers and the Board on how exactly they plan to increase shareholder value in a way that exceeds that offer.
I reckon people who think Inoes/Radcliffe will be much of an improvement over the Glazers are going to be in for a bit of a shock.
And then you begin to worry about whether his children have any interest or experience in football. It could be the Glazers all over again with just fewer kids.
Their fans had a superb year last year and would have loved it.
Terrible outcome. I'd be fine if it was a full Ratcliffe takeover but this minority stake business is just depressing.
So unless he invests heavily from Ineos's own coffers nothing will be improved. The only guarantee from brexit jim has been no new debt on the club.
That is all, so I doubt they'll even pay off the current debt.
You really think they give a rats arse about the club? They’ve shown nothing in the last 18 years to say they do. They’ll do the absolute bare minimum to keep the club ticking over before eventually fecking off in a few years with a huge profit, leaving us in the hands of Jimmy Brexit and his track record leaves a lot to be desired.
Hello darkness, my old friend.Hello to another decade of failure.
It’s more akin to saying hey I have these trainers, maybe officially they are worth 20 pound, but they are one of a kind and they are an opportunity that don’t come on the market often, i want 50 please. You say, i’ll give you 40, they say no we want 50, and you say okay how about 42 with the promise i’ll clean the trainers after i’ve bought them, knowing full well you could easily stump up the remaining 8 to get to 50 too. They say no again and so you say well i’m not buying them then!!
Again, Glazers greed aside, that’s a more apt comparison
People really just wanted us to become another big oil machine competing with City’s oil machine? Is that really what you wanted from us and English football to be? Very very sad.Well we aren’t going to competing with City anytime soon.
Deflated
It seems very 'up in the air' with this bid, needs clarity on plenty of major points. That's what I would like to know. If the Glazers out vote him on any suggestions, then what is the fecking point.
