I mean their late dad was a billionaire, the rest of his rat spawn are essentially just a bunch of glorified trust fund kids with little to no business acumen.
They've also been advised by absolute weapons like Woodward.

I was thinking about the Trading Places movie, where a couple of meanspirited Wall Street Types (The Glazers) bet to ruin an established businessman (Sir Jim) whilst making something out of a nobody (Jassim). At the same time they are using a disinformation merchant (take your pick from Twitter) to boost the value of their stock simply to get richer. Seems to fit.
If so, then good news. In the end Sir Jim and Sheik Jassim will end up with the club, the Glazers will go broke. It's even worse news for the disinformation merchants, they're going to be bummed by a Gorilla. The only fit I haven't worked out yet is who is Jamie Lee Curtis' equivalent, although finding a pair of whoppers in this whole saga shouldn't be too hard.

Difference is these new owners wouldn't be shy to part with their cash - evident by the fact they're going to invest and clear the debt. A concept alien to the Glazer clan who seem to think the club is their personal bank account - except one which only does withdrawals. So no it's not exactly the same.

I think your find they did terms for Mount with £11m per year over 5 years, but I could be wrong they have about £70m in cash reserves and they have made £260m available from the credit card.

Not pulling the strings, advising. He was the cretin that helped them navigate through the leveraged buyout, and was also focal in the whole super League debacle.
I don't think the Glazers really understand the sport, so they lean on charlatan frauds like their trusted little manbaby for the club management side of things.
They must sell. If they don't, then after this circus no way that they will get buyers next time.
Is there a scenario where it's in the best interests of the Qataris to delay the sale until it's theoretically too late for a 'Qatar transfer window'?
e.g If SJ bought the club tomorrow and spent 500 million this transfer window, besides the fact that every selling club would want silly money, would it inflate the price of the remaining shares that he would need to acquire 100% of the club?

Doubt it. A decent spend in a transfer window is a drop in the ocean compared to the spend to buy the club. Might also risk CL qualification etc.
I really don’t believe that the bidders have not had any feedback since the final bids went in. So somebody drops a 6Bn bid on the table - and you say nothing for weeks? Just doesn’t make sense!

At this stage SJ and his Father are probably fuming, they might actually bid £6.5/7bn plus the debt so £7-£7.5bn and when the Glazers finally say yes after dithering for another 3 weeks, send an email through the Raine Group that they’ve changed their mind which would probably cause the Glazers to keeping calling them, only for the Answer Phone to say; “Sorry, there’s no one home right now!”

Hadn't really been keeping track of what he had said, but I'd noticed his tweets were always being posted here, so I assumed some posters must've been taking him seriously.
He’ll need more than that if he’s only bid for 51% at £3bn, if as reported SJ actually did bid closer to £6bn he’ll need to beat that bid and Then Qatar will go higher, the whole thing for them is already incredibly embarrassing, they could just about accept the Glazers not selling but I highly doubt they will want to beaten by INEOS and Jim when local media outlets have already lied and said it’s only a matter of hours now until they complete the purchase, the whole thing is becoming incredibly embarrassing for SJ, his father and Qatari State.
