The time to back off has left the station and now its a matter of getting the two potential buyers to continuing to bid as long as possible. When one of either JR or SJ stops making more bids its the time to close the deal and to sell all of their 69% of the MUFC shares. It will probably be decided in a couple of days, as latest a week or two after the season is ended. Nobody has anyting to finacially gain if it continue into fiscal year 2023/24. End of June is the crucial dealine when it's counter productive from a perspective of value of the shares to continue for all parties.
