Hoping to squeeze out more from the Qataris? SJR?
Both, whoever pays, to me the whole minority nonsense makes no financial sense, they have leveraged as much as they can against the club, only way they can afford the stadium is if they sell their own equity and use it for the club, why would a glazer who has no interest in the club agree to lose money for future gain they might never see when they have an offer where in they can cash out right now.

Yeah it's a complete no go for me and all. It just doesn't add up. They're playing hard ball with the Qataris. And according to many they’re not the type who lose in auctions. So they'll get their extra bit of cash and try to fluke increasing their new found wealth somewhere else.

Wouldn't it be nice if Glazers sell United to Qatar only to use some of their wealth to buy Liverpool?

In theory. And Liverpool would wish they stay at United, so bollocks to them

But I'd personally rather have owners like them banished from the sport completely.

Knowing our luck, they'd suddenly get their act together and turn into the best owners in the league

We've waited 18 years for them to leave.

Can we avoid publically declaring for anyone to buy the club until we know what their motives are.

How do people know that any of these potential are better than the Glazers? The situation at Chelsea should be a cautionary tale (granted, it was a very different situation that led to Bohely buying that club).

You’re having a laugh if you think the Glazers have any appetite for what is to come.

Summer wish list;

1- Glazers finally sell up.
2- Maguire and DDG leave the club.
3- Massive cash injection for transfer funds.
4- We get our act together with recruitment.

At this stage I literally don’t care who it is that buys us now, just as long as we get shot of these parasites.

Exactly the players in the squad are because of them, they tolerate failure and let ED Woodward run the club into the ground and be responsible for player recruitment in at least 8 of the last 10 years.

Do me a favour you could have Ant and Dec take a shit on a plate of Witchetty grubs, and them vile cnuts would still have an appetite if they thought eating it would get them a few quid.

If Sheikh Jassim is a real Man Utd fan, he would just pay that extra 500m in his next bid after today’s defeat, just purely based on his anger of the Glazers’ incompetence.

I get mad when I see the likes of Brighton and Brentford with owners who care about their clubs and then us with the fecking Glazer family as they siphon the club’s life blood and entrust money and responsibility to dipshits like Ed Woodward.

And stuff like ‘anti-Glazer’ clauses going into the Chelsea ownership changing last year.

So can we please have some movement from either of the SJs in the next week.

Every time I have to watch Wout Weghorst step out on the pitch the more desperate I am to see the back of these despicable parasites. Hurry up and get a deal done Jassim.

We know that they're on the same page as Woodward- the famous 'on the pitch performances don't mean anything' -until there's a belated reaction (and a lesson never learnt) in relation to sponsors pressuring them or being reluctant to renew deals, or non CL clauses kicking in. Anyone else would see that what's needed to compete sufficiently is the kind of non-debt crippled cash flow alongside best in class organizational culture which they're not capable of delivering, and take their ill-deserved money to have more capable people invest for them, but theirs (Joel and Avram, in particular, it'd seem, given the others at least apparently recognize they're not suited to run a Pl club and just want to cash out) is a 'special' kind of myopia...

The season ends in 37 days.
The transfer window will be closed in 133 days.

At this stage its highly unlikely that a takeover will be done in time so a new regime can get to work.

The leeches will have ruined another season.

I am sure that the Glazers paid DDG to make those 'mistakes' so that they can make Jassim more desperate to be the hero to save United.

Inappropriate Behavior
I wish glazers all bad luck with their billions when they decide to sell us, the despicable Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime

Most poignant part:

Unless Joel and Avram have some dirt on their siblings for blackmail, this does not make sense. Furthermore, the same share price quoted as $20, will decrease even further once it is reported there will be no full sale. Their Glazers personal adviser in all of this process, Rothschild, will of course point this out. Not to mention, The Raine group would get much more of a cut in a full-on sale.

It's not. Ducker makes a massive leap to attribute the class A share value to the class B shares. Especially as he notes that the class B shares have 10x the voting power versus the class A. Only Joel and Darcie own class A shares at the moment (about 50M worth) but all of the siblings own class B shares.

The value of the class B shares will not be impacted by price fluctuations of class A shares. They are tied to control of the club and their value will align to the offers that have been made so far.

Indeed, @Spoony's offer of double the market price of class A shares would be astonishingly close to their true value if we use the rumoured early round bids in the 4.5B range as a guide.

DDG’s performance was reminiscent to the time Bruce Grobbelaar threw that game against Palace in the match fixing scandal all those years ago.
