Paywalled, but in summary : Qatar complaining about SJR's comments that Jassim may not exist and that they couldn't provide proof of funds. They're also demanding “immediate corrective action” be made to the club’s SEC filings and accuse Ratcliffe of making comments in his interview in February that represented a breach of the confidentiality agreement signed by all parties concerning the sales process.
The Masterplan, why do you think he was happy with minority? Because he wants to be bought out by an angry Qatar flexing their financial muscle.Big Sir Big Jim goading Shake Jissum into buying the entire club for an exorbitant price.
Careful, they might come after you now.Qatar need to quit bitching.
Interesting, didn't think they'd file a formal complaint.

Tbf to @Rood, though, he was absolutely coining it in from the Qatari deep state, so his enthusiasm was understandable.Manchester United shouldn't be state owned.
Some people will never understand why many United fans feel so strongly about this.
Some of the cheerleading for Jassim/Qatar on here was sickening.
Agreed, it was a disgrace.Manchester United shouldn't be state owned.

The article suggests formal complaints have been sent to United's lawyersThey still haven't to be fair. It's all hot air.
I really don’t think they cared what he was all that much, they just saw dollar signs and were twerking harder than the glazers for that filthy cash.Agree that United shouldn't be state owned, but in fairness, those wanting Jassim to buy were generally of the opinion that he was independent of the state of Qatar.

Does anyone truly believe there are little known Qatari billionaires without very strong ties to the state?Agree that United shouldn't be state owned, but in fairness, those wanting Jassim to buy were generally of the opinion that he was independent of the state of Qatar.
The way this all played out makes me even more convinced that it was not a state bid, pretty sure the Qatari state would have paid whatever the Glazers wanted
Interview with the Raine Group boss suggested they were not that far away from the number the Glazers had in mind

People just saw it as a click of the fingers and United are where they used to be and where City are now. That’s what millions signed up for and haven’t been close to enjoying for 10-15 years now. I’m not calling them all glory hunters but that’s the truth.Manchester United shouldn't be state owned.

Given how much the Glazers wanted, I doubt anyone would've actually paid that much for an outright sale.
