It was an initial 25%, but that 27.7% includes the $200 Million investment upon closing.

Sir Jim’s initial $200m investment was payable on completion - I.e now and that gave him another tranche of shares which probably accounts for the extra 2.7%. He will put in another $100m before new year and receive more shares to take him to 29%.
