Champions League Semi Finals (9th - 17th May)

at least Inter won't be as slow and spent as this Madrid side. they don't have the experience Madrid and Carlo have in CL, but they still have couple of players that were on the winning sides in the last 3 international tournaments. and keep in mind this is still an away game.

Years of cheating finally paying off. Unless they’re found guilty of it, in which case this is all for nothing.

We will get fecked in the arse in the FA cup final. Multiple times over. FFS. Get ready for a humiliation.

It's really odd. I feel nothing about this City side. It's a bit like when you take control of a shit team on FIFA's career mode, start with a load of cash, sign loads of big stat players, and make your way up the leagues. There's just no challenge there. It's very artificial. Slamming Barcelona as Port Vale is just...eh. It ain't real.

Yeah there's no soul to them, they're not even good villains, but Guardiola's tactics are still interesting (people wonder how Beckenbauer would play in the modern game for example, and Stones seems to be have been given the role that would suit him) and Bernardo Silva and De Bruyne are fun to watch, but their fans are weirdly sedate and Guardiola doesn't rate them so it's kind of a chilly, unreal vibe overall.

City are just far too good for them. This was the danger of Real not winning the first leg and thinking they could go to City without a lead and just be okay on the counter. Too many old legs in that Real team. City have just swarmed them. It's complete domination.

I don't actually see how Bellingham even helps this Madrid... they need a defence
Defence isn't the problem here. They can barely string 5 passes together. Midfield bypassed completely.

Unfortunately, Camavinga shows that despite being a prime talent, he's still a 20 years old midfielder playing out of position.

The stream I have got is quite far behind this and every time I move to the next page, I see comments "ffs" or "game over". So, I think I will give up.

Turned off as soon as that second goal went in. Honestly I don’t see us ever competing with this City side, they are light years ahead of us from top to bottom.

He actually won trophies at Madrid, City was was just a last run out for for a couple of seasons before retiring, they were also utter shite. You’d think he’d have a bit more gratitude and respect for Real Madrid but the they he speaks it’s like he was never there.

Nah.. he's a gobshite.

Switching this shit off. City are completely unstoppable. Absolutely demolishing Real Madrid in a CL semi.

Do we have to show up for the FA final? Galaxies worth of difference.

The crazy thing for me is how City look so fit in May at the end of the season despite fighting for 3 major trophies at once. They look like they're just starting the season.

C'mon FA charges hurry the feck up!!! :(

Was inevitable they'd win big the year such charges came to light.
But Pep will be managing some other money team in another year by the time we hear anything more about it.

We’re gonna have to play 6 at the back against these in the final and that’s just to keep it at a reasonably score.

Kroos and Modrić are great but they don't have the stamina to play in this kind of tempo and intensity. But it is Real Madrid. Who knows at the end?

Come on Madrid! Please do a masterclass for the second half.
Not gonna happen though probably.

I mean if you look at it that way, then Liverpool are arguably the most romantic club in the world having that X factor. But people still hate the club generally.

This City outfit just represents what modern Football has turned into.

So how big a lead does Madrid give City before they do their usual comeback? They look completely outclassed but it's just hard to ever rule Madrid out in this tournament.

Modric defensively non exisistent.

That's what you get when you start a 37 years old player, he'll have great games that will remind you of his prime years, and very bad ones. This one is the latter unfortunately.
