Champions League Semi Finals (9th - 17th May)

Madrid awake now. The tactical change by Ancelotti seems to have brought them into the game.

Mesmerizingly dominant football from a team that escaped European punishment for massive financial doping on a technicality and is under investigation for 100+ similar offences in their domestic league.

It's really odd. I feel nothing about this City side. It's a bit like when you take control of a shit team on FIFA's career mode, start with a load of cash, sign loads of big stat players, and make your way up the leagues. There's just no challenge there. It's very artificial. Slamming Barcelona as Port Vale is just...eh. It ain't real.

Gonna be the most one sided final in CL history.

Nah, that's still Liverpool - Tottenham from a few years ago. And as if Liverpool weren't lucky enough getting to play a CL final against Spurs, they also got a freak lottery penalty in the first minute of the game. Just typical Liverpool stuff.

Too scared, with a very bad approach, perhaps hoping to hold on, and just as the first part of the game was coming to an end they conceded a goal, so they lost half an hour.

Madrid needed Cortoius being great and Benzema being in god mode last year to get through, and even then they barely did. Unforutnately City with Halland this year I don't see any other outcome than a City win.

What on earth are the comms on about? Sure it touches Ederson's fingertips but it did feck all to change the flight of the ball  Crossbar all the way.

City were never gonna let themselves get knocked out twice in a row by Real.

He also played for City?

He actually won trophies at Madrid, City was was just a last run out for for a couple of seasons before retiring, they were also utter shite. You’d think he’d have a bit more gratitude and respect for Real Madrid but the they he speaks it’s like he was never there.

City are, for me at least, the best team in Europe by quite some distance. If they play well it’s no chance. We had to work our nuts off to win the treble in 99, so it will always be more of an achievement to me. They will do it a lot easier.

Shifty cnuts, all the years of book cooking and questionable sponsorships are really paying off for them.

The FA cup final is going to be a very hard watch.

Turns out it's advantageous to ignore the rules for years.
