Champions League Semi Finals (9th - 17th May)

Are Inter actually dark horses for this competition? Would they be a genuine threat to City or Real? They seem to be picking up form at the right stage of the season.

Lukaku and Martinez can certainly cause issues with their movement (if not finishing). Dzeko as plan B option v his old club is interesting subplot aswell.

Looking at rest of side though and Man. City would eat it alive if they play to any sort of their normal tempo.

Milan need to wake the feck up. Battered from pillar to post so far.

Napoli were the dark horses, they lost to Milan who are getting battered here by Inter. Whoever wins this match is getting sent home with a gift bag.

Interesting start to this for someone who doesn’t watch Serie A.

Milan losing Bennacer and now even Maignan with a knock

Fecking hell :(

He’s improved beyond recognition since his move from Chelsea.

Nah he was one of the best keepers in the world when he was on loan at Atleti. Fell a bit below that level at Chelsea but still one of the top keepers around. His form dipped in his first year in Madrid and then he found his groove again after that.

Inter were FAR jammier getting to the semifinal than Milan. Their defence really isn't all that, not against what City/Madrid would bring to bear, and their attack would get neutered by both. Milan at least can live off one player getting the ball and running 50 meters with it, and they have Maignan in goal
Sure :D

Inter regaining form at the perfect period of the year, they have been a machine recently.

Cant really call them dark horses when they are 2-0 in the semi.
But still dont think they beat City. Would be fantastic though. Lukaku scores the winner

Reading the article you don't think this is a little suspicious?

You obviously speak Spanish but for those who don't a quick recap says.

The community of Madrid, the city Council and Real Madrid came to an agreement in reclassifying the grounds where previously it was impossible to build habitable structures but was then made possible.

Anyone who has lived in Spain for a number of years knows these decisions are almost impossible to be reversed unless they have friends in very high places.

I'm a public servant for the Spanish cadastre.
You wouldn't believe how common ground reclassifications are.

For starters, urbanism can't be regulated, designed or executed by the country, only by the regions (comunidades autónomas), and they basically do as they please in urbanism. So any implication of the Spanish government on this matter, as you previously said on previous messages, is just bollocks.

They had some crazy luck with the KO draw. Just compare the top vs bottom. Italian teams literally got the easiest teams.
Other Italian teams? Huge burn

I don't agree with that (15/16 aside).

Without him and Hazard in the second half of 14/15 we probably not only blow the title but also get dragged into a top four race.

It’s one of the most intense and fast paced leagues in Europe these days.

Must give it a go, used to watch it religiously on Channel 4 in the 90s (like most of us in those days).

How is Tomori letting a 45 year old Dzeko do that to him
