Champions League Semi Finals (24th April - 2nd May)

I am optimistic. It' just the boom period before the burst come. The more boom the more glorious the burst period would be

12/13 Bayern - Barca 7-0 over 2 games still the biggest SF collapse I've seen

lets see what happens in rome

Roberston, Alexander, Milner, Henderson, Wijaldum, Lovren.

These guys aren't great players, so let us stop with the narrative that you need world class in every position before you can commit to attacking football.

Robertson is a fantastic left back but I take your point. Pace and a positive approach help. Suicidal tactics from this Roma side also help.

Noone has ever come back from 5-0 right. Or are you talking about damage limitation.

Fair play to Liverpool for getting to the final. My hope is Ronnie sorts them out with a last-minute penalty goal from an obvious dive.

Their comeback against barcelona somehow made me think they could be different. But nope. Still roma. Complete mental breakdown after Mane missed a huge chance. FFS

In boxing, the board can withhold a fighter's purse if he's judged not to have made any attempt to compete. Uefa should withhold any money due to Roma after this. What an absolute joke. They've just bent over.

And people said here that Jizznaldun was crap? he changed the whole game. Clever little player.

Its called good managing
They have a good manager
we dont
Live with it.
No! They got lucky with Porto and Roma in the CL knockouts and they really should have lost to City if it were not for all those awful referring decisions.

Pool winning the champions league
Arsenal winning the Europa
Chelsea beating us in the cup final

Nailed on.
