Bayern's defence is pretty good.
They have arguably the best keeper in the world, supported by one of the best young fullbacks in the world (more promising than Rafael for example) not to mention on the other side they have Lahm who I shouldn't have to tell you about.
I think some people just look at Bayern's midfield and attack and presume their defence is bad. Watch some of their games and you can see how cohesive their team is.
